To look after the welfare of the Armed Forces Pensioners, their families and widows of ex-servicemen with regard to pensionery benefits.

To collection and dissemination of various orders and instructions, which are of interest to Armed Forces Pensioners and widows of ex-servicemen, issued by Governments and other Public Sector         Institutions.

Edit, print and publish periodicals, news letters to make awareness.

To take up all matters concerning the welfare of Armed Forces Pensioners and their dependents.

To ensure the Pension Disbursing Agencies and other Government agencies rigidly follow up orders issued by the Central and State Governments and PCDA (P) Allahabad.

To collect and tabulate data and other grievances in connection with the welfare of members, formulate the same in the form of memorandum and representations and submit to  higher         authorities and follow them up timely and regularly.

To give financial assistance, grants, scholarships to children of poor ex-servicemen families for their education.

To render helps to serving soldiers and their dependants.

To conduct the education classes to the students in Villages.

To co-ordinate all the Ex-servicemen Associations of Army, Navy and Air Force in India and render help for solving the pension & documentation problems of pensioners including the preparation of        appeal regarding the disability pension and special family pension.
